Holder of a Master’s degree in civil engineering, strategic investment expert and an experienced local government official.

He holds an engineering degree obtained at the Silesian University of Technology and a master’s degree from the Krakow University of Technology. He is also a graduate of the postgraduate MBA studies at the University of Social Sciences in Łódź.

Since 2 July 2024, he has been serving as the President of the Management Board of Koleje Śląskie.

He served as the chairman of the Board of Directors of Stadion Śląski sp. z o.o. from 2015 to 2019. He then served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Fabryka Pełna Życia sp. z o.o. in Dąbrowa Górnicza, responsible for the revitalisation of the former industrial district of the city, from 2019 to 2022. From 2022 to 2024, he was a member of the Executive Board of the Silesian Voivodeship in the 6th term of office, where he was responsible for oversight over the work of the Regional Investment and Projects Department, the Public Transport Department and the Education and Social Affairs Department.

On 12 September 2024, he was elected a member of the Board of the Association of Local Government Railway Carriers. As a result of the subsequent election held in April 2025, he was re-elected and will continue to be associated with the Association for three more years, starting from 19 May 2025.
